Ravens' Harbaugh Weighs in on Justin Tucker's Future Post-Draft Release Decision

The Baltimore Ravens have not yet made up their minds about what to do with Justin Tucker.

But head coach John Harbaugh explained When meeting with reporters on Sunday, he explained how he intends to reach his conclusion.

Harbaugh stated, "Each choice we make needs to focus on football."

The NFL is looking into Tucker due to accusations of sexual misconduct. He has faced allegations of improper conduct from 16 massage therapists. based on the report from the Baltimore Banner .

Tucker leads the NFL in career field-goal percentage, but he had his worst performance in 2024, managing only 73.3 percent on field goals.

The Baltimore Ravens selected Tyler Loop in the sixth round from Arizona. Loop holds the distinction of being the first kicker chosen with an official draft pick by the team.

Tucker has been at the facility for the past several weeks, and the Ravens indicated earlier this week that Tucker was aware a kicker might be drafted.

“As you’re aware, Justin has been around here for the past few weeks working out and doing various activities,” Harbaugh stated on Sunday. “I had an opportunity to speak with him briefly. From the perspective of the ongoing investigation and related matters, we have not received any details whatsoever. It’s being handled as it should be. Therefore, we do not possess any relevant information that could influence our decisions.”

Baltimore probably wouldn’t have selected a kicker if they weren't considering that Tucker’s tenure was nearing its conclusion.

Perhaps the Ravens choose to bide their time during the investigation, but ultimately, they will also face a choice to make.
